What is Effingham County Vision 2020?
Effingham County Vision 2020 is a grassroots, county-wide effort to proactively build a positive future and improve the quality of life by creating a culture that maximizes individual potential, imagination and cooperation. It is a dynamic process, on that is designed to chance as new ideas and opportunities present themselves.
Interested citizens can become involved through one of the eight community "spokes" by particpating in the Investment in Excellence training, by attending a Community Celebration of Excellence breakfast, or simply by developing thier own ideas for positive growth in Effingham County.
