What is Effingham County Vision 2020?

Effingham County residents coming together to proactively build a positive future, improving our personal quality of life and creating a culture which maximizes individual potential, imagination and cooperation. It is a dynamic process, changing as new ideas and opportunities present themselves.

Community "Celebration of Excellence" Breakfast to be held October 1 at Dieterich High School.
